“I'm so pleased to be a charter member of the PEN Chapter. Darlene Layman, Merrily Boone and I met together back in 1986 with the hopes of getting an RWA chapter started on this side of the water.  

I fell in love with the area and moved here that September, so you can say the RWA Peninsula Chapter became my home.”
