Peninsula Chapter #84 is located on the Kitsap Peninsula of Washington state in the beautiful Northwest. Our purpose is to provide educational and inspirational support for local published and aspiring romance writers. Peninsula Chapter RWA is affiliated with the Romance Writers of America. ® Both the Peninsula Chapter RWA and RWA are Nonprofit Organizations.
